Brio Tuscan Grille at The Village at Gulfstream Park is celebrating fall with a new menu featuring fresh flavors of the season. Menu items include appetizers, a crisp seasonal salad, hearty pastas, and $8.95 lunch options. Guests are invited to Brio’s table for a feast of traditional vegetables, unique pastas with Italian meats and cheeses, and decadent desserts.
Guest can start their meal with appetizers such as Smoked Chicken & Portabella Bruschetta. Another appetizer on the menu, Chicken Calabrese Flatbread, is great for sharing at dinner.
Those opting for lighter fare will enjoy the Tuscan Harvest Salad, combining mixed greens, grilled chicken, mushrooms, Applewood bacon, almonds, Gorgonzola cheese, apples and dried cranberries and tossed with crispy lavoush and Tuscan Italian dressing.
For dinner, patrons can enjoy Italian seafood dishes such as Lobster Ravioli with Crab Insalata, or Shrimp Verduta. Also on the new dinner menu is Fettuccini Napoli, which features fettuccini tossed with smoked chicken, caramelized onions, sundried tomatoes, pancetta, and much more.
Guests can finish their meal with the seasonally selected Dessert Trio, featuring a sampling of three house made desserts: Butterscotch Pecan Bread Pudding, Raspberry Mascarpone Cheesecake, and Chocolate Hazelnut Cannolis.
Offering an abundance of autumn flavors, Brio’s $8.95 lunch options include Citrus Garden Salad, Eggplant Pomodoro Panini, Flatbread Alla Roma, Mezza Chicken Limone, Fettuccine Rustica, and the Insalata & Zuppa, a soup and salad combination.
Brio’s private rooms are available throughout the year and for holiday parties. This year, a $10 Brio gift will be given to all guests attending holiday parties of 15 or more on Sunday through Thursday between Nov. 15th and Dec. 23rd. Additionally, now through Dec. 31st, for every $100 gift card they purchase, patrons will receive a $20 Brio gift to use between Jan. 1st and March 15th, 2011.
