Wilbert T. Holloway serves as a member of the Miami-Dade County School Board. He previously served as a Florida State Representative. Holloway works arduously to improve the quality of lives for all children in the Miami Dade County schools.
Holloway has been the recipient of numerous awards and honors such as: Doctors of Human Letter from Florida Memorial College, the United Way of Dade County Volunteer of the Year, and Bethune Cookman College Distinguished Alumni, to name a few.
He received a bachelor of science in business administration from Bethune Cookman College in 1970, where he also became a member of the Alpha Phi Omega and Omega Psi Phi fraternities. Holloway also attended Harvard University’s State & Local Government Executive Program in 2003.
