Imperial Club Independent and Assisted Living Community is proud to be partnering with Nova Southeastern University Lifelong Learning Institute.
Beginning on August 12 and for the next five months, Nova Southeastern University will be launching a semimonthly lifelong learning program to be hosted by Imperial Club Independent and Assisted Living Com-munity in Aventura.
The program, which has been a fixture in South Florida since 1977, currently serves the lifelong learning interests and needs of the growing experienced mature adult and retirement communities on the Davie cam-pus of Nova Southeastern University in Broward County.
The program is currently made up of 250 older adults who have a variety of back-grounds including, law, medicine, business and education and range in age from the 50’s to the early 90’s, with the 70’s being the average age.
Attendees enjoy an extensive program of lectures, workshops, discussion groups and field trips, all lead by NSU faculty members, peer leaders and prominent visiting experts.
