Attributing the explosive growth of Parksman Parking to drive to surpass ordinary standards, president and managing partner Ben Launerts appreciates the mission of the non-profit Aventura Property Managers Association to benefit and further the interests of the Association and its members for educational, charitable and general public good and welfare purposes.
Over 25 community associations belong to the Aventura Property Managers Association, representing more than 11,000 Aventura residents and 5,000 units – and is expected to double to over 10,000. Membership is also open to professionals and industry merchants.
Recent events include a gathering with Aventura City Commissioners, providing an overview of city history and common concerns; meetings also focus on hurricane preparedness, capital improvements, federal and state laws affecting associations and strategies for reducing expenses.
Members enjoy regularly- scheduled exclusive networking luncheons hosted by premier member communities such as Williams Island and Porto Vita. Area businesses and other interested parties are always invited to take advantage of sponsorship opportunities.
In keeping with the Parksman Parking philosophy of giving back to the community, the Association is poised to award annual scholarships to staff members affiliated with Aventura communities. “Supporting the Aventura Property Managers Association is yet another way Parksman can help fuel further success for our clients, including premier Aventura condominiums,” Launerts said.
