It was a perfect night to dine under the stars and celebrate one of Miami’s latest innovations as Privé Developers, Greg Freedman, Daniel Lebensohn, Charles Phelan and Gary Cohen, hosted a VIP Preview Dinner on Tuesday, February 4 to unveil the on-site sales gallery for Privé at Island Estates. The intimate dinner featured a special menu by top chef Todd Erickson and marked the official launch of sales for the ultra luxury condominium on South Florida’s last private island. The opening celebration continued on Wednesday with an evening cocktail party.

Upon completion in mid-2016, Privé at Island Estates will be comprised of twin 16-story towers designed by renowned architects Sieger Suarez, including a total of 160 ultra-luxury residences ranging in size from 2,585 square feet to more than 9,000 square feet in select penthouse units. Each residence will feature private elevator entry, flow-through floor plans with 10-foot glass on both eastern and western exposures, 10-foot deep balconies, expansive east/west water views throughout, European kitchens and bathrooms, as well as outdoor summer kitchens.

First-class, resort-style amenities and services include a 10,000 square-foot gym and spa in each tower, private dining and social rooms, pool-side café, wine and cigar rooms, kids rooms, tennis court, two pools, marina, private pier, nature trail, private beach, jogging path, full-time concierge, and 24-hour gated and roving security for the privately bridged island. All public spaces will be designed by Interiors by Steven G.

Since the inception of pre-sales in late 2013, the geography of buyers currently represents more than 15 countries, including: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, France, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Switzerland, United States, and Venezuela, amongst others.

BH3 Realty is facilitating sales, which are currently active and available on-site by appointment only in the new sales center, which features a full model kitchen, master bathroom and wardrobe designed by Interiors by Steven G.
