Eleven amazingly talented young singers received a surprise ‘bonus’ once they were selected by a panel of celebrity judges to participate in the Aventura Marketing Council’s YOUNG STARS SHOWCASE presented by A T & T.
Ran Oz, Owner of CooLAM Dance Studio in Aventura, is now working with each of the students on their songs, presentations and choreography, ensuring a professional production.
Ran was one of the Israeli Idol singers, graduating from one of the best acting schools in Israel, Telma Yalin.
A musician and songwriter, Ran moved to Los Angeles in 2006 where his creative talents were unleashed, resulting in a unique dancing show called “Fivish”. He was also a singer in an LA rock band that was playing American and Israeli covers.
Today, Ran owns a dance studio located in The Waterways Shops in Aventura, and offers all types of classes, from Zumba, Salsa, Hip-Hop and Belly Dance Cardio to Pilates and Yoga.
On Sunday, December 5, 2010, at 5 p.m. in the City’s brand-new Aventura Arts & Cultural Center, the YOUNG STARS SHOWCASE will feature 11 youngsters, ranging in age from 10 to 16, who will entertain the audience, with Creative Director Ran Oz watching over their performances. Special celebrity guest, Placido Domingo, Jr., will be present, as well as three-time Grammy-award winning producer Juan Cristobal Losada, TV Star/singer Chloe Dolandis, Rapper Dutch and many more.
