Spacial Designs Inc., a New York based architectural/interior design firm, has opened an office in Aventura. Mark Goodman and Erin Kehoe boast extensive experience working with hi-end residential clients and a broad range of national and international corporations, including Hugo Boss, Ermenegildo Zegna, Phillip Morris, Republic National Bank and Bloomberg L.P.
Erin’s career began at Goldman Sachs, as an interior designer, where she gained insight and the experience in large scale corporate design. She then moved on to the nationally ranked design firm, SCR Design Organization. Mark is an architect, who started his career with the world renowned architectural firm of Philip Johnson & John Burgee Architects. After spending eight years with Philip Johnson, he joined the office of Marcel Breuer Associates, as a Senior Project Architect. Mark and Erin’s mutual love of architecture and interior design brought them together in 1993, to form Spacial Designs.
Spacial Designs is bringing their creativity, expertise and professionalism to the South Florida market. Mark Goodman, Architectural Partner, stated, “Our mission is to earn the right to be called our client’s trusted advisor and to bring a fresh and innovative approach to each of our projects.”
