1010 Brickell, the 389-unit luxury condominium tower in the heart of Miami’s financial district, hosted an official grand opening of the 50-story project on the evening of Friday, Sept. 29.
Co-developed by seasoned real estate investment and development firms Key International and 13th Floor Investments, the property is home to “The Club at 1010,” one of the most impressive amenity programs of any project completed in the current real estate cycle. The event served as the first opportunity for the community to experience the project’s unmatched lifestyle that combines exquisite design with true functionality.
