WHAT: Brickell City Center (BCC), Swire Properties Inc’s landmark $1.05 billion, 4.9 million-square-foot, mixed-use development located in the heart of Brickell, Miami’s financial district, celebrates the arrival of the holiday season with an immersive event experience on Nov. 17 featuring interactive holiday installations with center-wide activations designed exclusively by famed production designer and Marvel extraordinaire, Kirk M. Petruccelli and a VIP cocktail event with live musical performances curated by BCC’s Music Director Michaelangelo L’Acqua. For the first time ever, downtown Miami will offer residents, visitors and families a true holiday experience providing with the opportunity to partake in a variety of festive initiatives.

All Day: Immersive Holiday Spectacular Designed By Kirk M. Petruccelli
BCC has commissioned Hollywood production designer and Marvel extraordinaire Kirk M. Petruccelli (set designer for The Incredible Hulk, Fantastic Four, Blade, Ghost Rider and more) to create an iconic spectacular by transforming the open-air center and infusing holiday spirit throughout the expansive property. Installations have been meticulously designed using next generation technology and recyclable materials creating a unique interactive experience with a “journey through the snowflake” theme, never-before-seen in Miami. Miami residents and visitors will be able to interact with the holiday installations through a variety of personalized elements including floating snowflakes, large magical trees that will come to life when triggered by motion, over-the-top special effects, enchanted creatures and more. This unique experience will be available to the public throughout the holiday season.
6:00 PM: BCC’s ‘Light it Up’ VIP Cocktail Event
Guests are invited to attend an exclusive cocktail party to celebrate BCC’s holiday kickoff and immersive center experience. Guests will welcome famed production designer Kirk M. Petruccelli as he launches his first-ever, center-wide holiday installations. Crafted cocktails and light bites will be served as guests enjoy a live jazz performance by master vocalist Emily Braden. Additionally, a toy drive will be available where guests are encouraged to donate unwrapped toys to benefit Voices for Children.
