Swamp Stomp back for fifth year at Miami’s Tobacco Road

Swamp Stomp back for fifth year at Miami’s Tobacco RoadSwamp Stomp is back and celebrating its fifth anniversary at Tobacco Road, 626 S. Miami Ave. in Downtown Miami, on Feb. 16 from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.

There will be two outdoor stages, artists displaying their work, and a low ticket price. New headliners include Fishbone, Sister Sparrow and Dirty Birds, along with the Spam Allstars, Radioboxer, Juke, the Wholetones, Omine, Lone Wolf Omb, Parker Smith and the Bandwith, and artist at large, Bobby Lee Rogers.

Although the festival continues to grow and more Swamp Stompers are brought into the fold every year, the ideals of the festival have not changed: good people and good music.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door ($15 at the door with valid college ID). They can be purchased online at <www.swampstompmiami.com>. There will be a shuttle service running from the University of Miami in Coral Gables to the festival all day and night.
