Vizcaya Museum and Gardens will host the 28th annual Halloween Sundowner party on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 8 p.m. to midnight, rain or shine.

Tickets are on sale now. Early bird tickets are $115 for members and $130 for nonmembers (while supplies last); general admission is $140 for members and $160 for non-members. You must be 21 and over to attend the event. Free parking is available across the street at the Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science.

For more information about the Halloween Sundowner, contact Miriam Barcia at 305-860-8420 or by email at miriam.barcia@vizcaya.org.

Partygoers can arrive at 8 p.m. before being delighted with drinks, dancing, entertainers, outrageous costumes and a tasting village featuring delicious treats from all over Miami. Enjoy a spectacular view of Biscayne Bay or a costumed-stroll through the gardens, but be wary of ghouls and goblins wandering about the estate.

The Halloween Sundowner party is one of the Vizcaya’s cornerstone fundraising events with proceeds going to the protection and preservation of Vizcaya Museum and Gardens.

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is a National Historic Landmark that preserves the Miami estate of agricultural industrialist James Deering to engage our community and its visitors in learning through the arts, history and the environment. Built between 1914 and 1922, Vizcaya is one of the most intact remaining examples from this era in United States history, when the nation’s most successful entrepreneurs built lavish estates inspired by the stately homes of Europe.

Located at 3251 S. Miami Ave., between Brickell Avenue and Coconut Grove, Vizcaya is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. except Tuesdays, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
