It was announced during the curtain speech at opening night for Rated P for Parenthood, State Sen. René García confirmed that Actors’ Playhouse will receive a $200,000 grant from the State of Florida to help support the company’s 2013-14 season. The grant will allow Actors’ Playhouse to continue its mission to enrich South Florida’s cultural vitality with the highest caliber of theater programming and educational enrichment.
