Chamber South is hosting their 17th Annual Chamber South Business EXPO on Wednesday, May 18th, 2016, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the Fieldhouse at UM’s BankUnited Center 1245 Dauer Drive, Coral Gables. Free to the community, this event offers local businesses the opportunity to exhibit and promote their wares while reminding residents to “keep it local” support our community businesses.
“Shopping locally strengthens our local economy and our community,” said Claudia Cancio, Chamber South’s Chairman of the Board, “Often we forget the many wonderful businesses that we can buy from right here in our South Miami Dade neighborhoods.”
The expo boasts close to one hundred exhibitors, complimentary hors d’oeuvres from local eateries, cash bar, music, and much more. The upcoming event is slated to include a “technology alley” for tech businesses of all kinds to share the latest in technology driven must-haves.
The 17th Annual Chamber South Business EXPO is sponsored by Chamber South partners University of Miami, Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay, Children’s Resource Center, SpiderBoost Interactive Agency, Morris & Reynolds Insurance, The Shops at Sunset Place, Baptist Health South Florida, Greenscape Landscape Maint Corp, MPS Credit Union, First National Bank of South Miami, Minuteman Press at the Falls, and many others. The EXPO is made possible by the Chamber South Small Business Committee in partnership with the University of Miami.
