Everyone loves to watch an exciting World Cup soccer match and what better way to enjoy Europe’s favorite sport than with a tall glass of Germany’s own Warsteiner beer along with an authentic Laugenbrezeln (pretzel flown in from Germany).
Fritz & Franz Bierhaus in Coral Gables has over 20 years of experience in broadcasting the world’s most important soccer games. All 64 games will be broadcast on four outdoor screens including a 14-foot state of the art HD screen, where you can watch all the action on the Bierhaus Plaza. An international menu with dishes unique to all countries being represented in the World Cup Games will be offered.
And it’s more than just fun and games. Three of the matches, the German ones to be exact, will serve as fundraisers for NPH USA, an international non-profit that cares for orphaned and abandoned children in nine countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. For every beer purchased, Fritz & Franz Bierhaus will donate $1 to support NPH USA athletic therapy programs. Come cheer on your team alongside German Consul General to Miami Juergen Borsch and 1,500 local fans.
The featured games are: Monday, June 16, 1 p.m., Germany vs. Portugal; Saturday, June 21, 4 p.m., Germany vs. Ghana, and Thursday, June 26, 1 p.m., United States vs. Germany.
