The nationally ranked Jumpin’ Beinz jump rope team competed in the Junior Olympics in Des Moines, IA, July 22-26.

The team won 66 medals in total, 28 gold, 19 silver, and 19 bronze. Additionally, they earned 50 ribbons, with many of the athletes breaking their personal best records.

The team’s 10-and-under (Sasha Chiarini, Jake Amster, Daniella Flores, and Caroline Glasser) and 13-and-under (Gabriela Perez, Natalie Askowitz, Allison Bramblett, and Nicole Feldman) Double Dutch teams earned a combined total of nine medals.

Among other team medals, Sol Waizbrot took the silver medal for her singles freestyle and Miriam Amster earned the bronze in the same event in the 8-and-under category, Gabriela Perez took the bronze Triple Crown in the 13-year-old category and Jake Amster the gold Triple Crown in the 10- year-old category
