After celebrating a decade of success and progress, Doral Business Council prepares to finish the 2014 year, and looks forward to the next 10 years of creating an environment of networking that will help participants expand their professional and workforce development, and provides them with promotional and marketing opportunities.
With economic resurgence occurring, the Council has begun to refocus its efforts on city-wide priorities once again. Advocacy for city, county, and state issues including infrastructure, trade, and public works are being ramped up. Following internal restructuring, the DBC has remained fully functional, and is preparing for a busy third and fourth quarters, after the summer break.
The Council’s Signature Breakfast, Annual Expo, and other staple events are in the works, and several strategic alliances and underwriter sponsorships are being developed for the remainder of 2014 and 2015 calendar years.
Additionally, several council members and South Florida businesses have signed up as presenters and sponsors of the DBC Business Expo which will be held on Sept. 10 and will feature the theme “Racing to Success.”
The DBC is the leading force for business development in Doral. Working hard to find and/or expand relationship building opportunities and strategic alliances, the DBC creates an environment of networking that will help participants expand their professional and workforce development, as well as promotional and marketing opportunities. DBC also provides business advocacy on behalf, and for the benefit of its members, as well as useful and relevant information.
