Members of the Rotary Club of Doral visit the Ronald McDonald House of Charities on a regular basis to serve children with cancer and their families – and as always, they work with love and dedication.

During one recent visit, the Rotarians discovered that their reputation precedes them. As it happens, each time they are scheduled to show up, word spreads quickly throughout the house, sparking a rush of residents to get there early to enjoy the food and fellowship.

“Rotarians are our most anticipated group,” a volunteer admitted during one recent visit. And by witnessing the joy in the faces of those present, Rotary Club members clearly understand that statement to be completely true.

Special thanks to Elizabeth Carrion for her leadership, and a big thank you to all Rotarians and volunteers who regularly collaborate on this community outreach.
