Quest Workspaces which operates coworking spaces in South Florida and New York City is expanding its portfolio of shared office suites to Miami’s thriving Airport West submarket, leasing 21,600 square feet of space at the 8200 Doral office building.
Just one year since winning the leasing assignment at the 8200 Doral office building, Blanca Commercial Real Estate has taken the building from a 50 to 80 percent occupancy rate. During the past year alone, new leasing totals 38,000 square feet of space at the 101,144 square foot building.
Blanca Executive Vice President Juan Ruiz executed the lease on behalf of the building’s ownership. Lance Benson, Executive Managing Director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Quest Workspaces which joins a tenant roster that includes Cisco Systems, Data Corp. and Agunsa Miami.
Located at 8200 NW 41st Street, the four-story LEED-certified building offers unobstructed views of the world-class Greg Norman-designed White Course at the Trump National Doral Miami Resort.
