The hottest new fitness workout is Bokwa!!! Bokwa is not like any other cardio workout. Participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Because the steps are structured as letters and numbers, everyone can do Bokwa. No counting steps, no choreography. You will not even realize you were burning up to 1,200 calories in one workout! So come and join the party, meet new people, bring a friend or two! Classes start June 11, 2013 and are taking place every Tues. and Thurs. from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
