For the second year in a row, Miami’s top chefs will join Celebrity Chef Douglas Rodriguez as he hosts a gala evening of food tasting aimed at raising awareness and financial support for innovative education programs for Miami-Dade students.
Miami-Dade Superintendent of Schools, Roberto Carvalho, in conjunction with Julie Grimes, operating partner of the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay, will invite hundreds of Miami foodies to sample cuisine prepared by leading local chefs.
The event will be held on November 1st from 7:30-10:30 p.m., in the grand ballroom of the DoubleTree Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay, 1717 North Bayshore Drive. Tickets are $75 via Ticketweb.com or $100 at the door, with proceeds benefiting The Foundation for New Education Initiatives, Inc.
