Ocaquatics Celebrates Grand Opening Of Teaching Facility Near Tropical Park
June 9, 2013 @ 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm| Free
Families now have more choices for learning to swim in Miami. Ocaquatics Swim School is celebrating the opening of their second indoor facility in Miami-Dade County. This new facility, with its 36,000 gallon heated indoor pool, is solely devoted to swimming instruction and will allow year round swimming even in inclement weather. It is also equipped with the latest in innovations designed to provide the ultimate in both safety and bather comfort.
And now is the perfect time to give young swimmers a “head-start” towards the 2013 swim season. Parents can do this by enrolling their child in lessons at one of the 2 indoor Ocaquatics locations. They offer a wide variety of classes that are suited to all ages and ability levels starting at age 6 months. Children will not only benefit from the physical, mental and emotional stimulation that swimming year-round provides, but will also be taught water safety skills to last a lifetime.
The new Ocaquatics facility is located at 4950 SW 75 Avenue in Miami just off the Palmetto near Tropical Park. The Grand Opening Celebration is set for Sunday, June 9, 2013 from 3 to 7 PM and Ocaquatics welcomes the public to see the facility and enjoy a children’s fair with snacks, games, door prizes and more. Ocaquatics is currently accepting registrations for swimming lessons, pool parties and employment. Contact Ocaquatics at 305-969-SWIM (7946) or www.ocaquatics.com for more information.
