1) Achieve mental clarity- as you learn to manage your attention you will achieve higher levels of productivity.
2) Enhance your ability to observe- you will learn to expand your awareness, resulting in a mental state that allows you to readily detect and adjust to internal and external changes.
3) Develop emotional intelligence– you will become more aware of the world outside, how it affects your inner world and your communication with others. This will significantly improve your relationships.
4) Cultivate group awareness- you will learn to enhance conscious awareness within groups, bringing about greater levels of cohesion.
Attention deficit has a direct impact on productivity at all levels of human endeavor. The most important skill that participants will learn in this workshop is how to keep the attention open and receptive.
