Chef Allan McLellan will offer an elegant dinner with each dish featuring the Alba white truffle and perfectly paired as follows:
> 2007 Gaya & Rey Chardonnay paired with scrambled eggs with mascarpone and shaved white truffle
> 2000 Single vineyard Pelissero Barbaresco Annata paired with crostini of steak tartare and shaved white truffle
> 2004 Rinaldi Brunate Barolo (96 + points Robert Parker) paired with homemade egg pappardelle with parmesan cheese and shaved white truffle
> 1999 Rinaldi Cru Barolo (97 points Wine Spectator) paired with braised meet in red sauce
