Palmetto Bay Bridal Expo returning for a fourth year

Brides planning a wedding, parents wanting to arrange a quince or a Sweet 16 for their daughters, and married couples wishing to set up an anniversary celebration likely will find everything they need at the Palmetto Bay’s fourth annual Bridal Expo, on Sunday, Sept. 25, at the Thalatta Estate.

Village events organizers report that some of the best professionals in the industry including event planners, photographers, florists, entertainers and caterers will gather at the picturesque estate on Biscayne Bay from 5 to 8 p.m. The renovated 1925 mansion with its prep kitchen, bridal suite, manicured grounds, and open water views is located at 17301 Old Cutler Rd.

Admission to the popular yearly event is free and there will be complimentary valet services.

Saylin Paez, the village’s events coordinator, is enthusiastic about this year’s event.

“During the Expo, your taste buds will be tantalized with specialty food and beverage samples,” Paez said. “You’ll enjoy live music and get the opportunity to explore all the property’s amenities and beauty that Thalatta Estate has to offer.”

Space is limited, so if you want to attend, staffers ask that you RSVP at www.palmettobay-fl.gov by no later than Wednesday, Sept. 21. For more information, or if want to participate as a vendor, visit the Bridal Expo page at www.palmettobay-fl.gov/content/thalatta-estate-bridal-expo-2016.
