Homestead Public Services (HPS) is continuing to make life simpler for its customers with an improved online bill pay platform.  On Monday, October 23, 2017, HPS Customer Service will transition to a new online dashboard where customers can view their bill history, manage multiple accounts from one login, pay by text, save their credit card information for future payments, and set up AutoPay.  Customers already using online tools will not need to re-register or change their login information.

Customers not already using online bill pay can register at www.cityofhomestead.com/billpay by clicking on “Register.”  On the registration page, customers will need to enter their email address and contact information, pick a password, and set up security questions.  Then, click on “Register” to login and add an HPS Account by entering the Account Number from their HPS bill.

Customers wanting to make an online payment without an account can go to the bill pay site, click on “Pay Now” and enter their account number and email address.  Customers can then view their current balance and make a payment.

In addition to online payments, customers can still make automated payments over the phone by calling 305-224-4444; pay by check at the Customer Service Dropboxes located at 100 Civic Court, Homestead, FL 33030; or pay with cash at Amscot and Western Union locations in the City of Homestead.  For additional information, customers can contact HPS Customer Service at 305-224-4800.
