The US Army Field Band Jazz Ambassadors will stop in Homestead, Fla., during its spring concert tour with two concerts on March 3 and 4 at the Seminole Theatre. The March 3 evening performance begins at 7:00 p.m., with a matinee on March 4 at 3:00 p.m.

Tickets are free to the public.

The Army’s official touring big band, the 19-member jazz ensemble has received widespread acclaim at home and abroad, earning the Jazz Ambassadors the title “America’s Big Band”.

“Our performances bring the Army to your hometown, and that’s something we are honored to do,” Col. Jim Keene said. “As we travel throughout the country we have the opportunity to tell the Army story and to represent Soldiers to those Americans who have little to no contact with any Soldier. The extraordinary Soldiers of the Army Field Band have devoted their lives to music and now serve to inspire the American people and to honor Soldiers and veterans at home and abroad.”
