Kendall Mall is a 289,000-square-foot center at the intersection of Kendall Drive and SW 107th Avenue in Kendall. The property is 87 percent leased, with a tenant roster that includes Publix, CVS, Bally’s Fitness, Staples and JCPenney Home.
