Dadeland Mall completes new terrace dining wing

Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, has announced that Texas de Brazil is now open at Dadeland Mall in the Terrace Dining Wing, rounding out the fourth and final concept of the 102,000-square-foot wing.

Custo Barcelona, Le Macaron and Absolute Rebellion were to join the dynamic tenant mix in March, in addition to Michael Kors, Hollister, and Coach which will celebrate renovations. The shopping center recently welcomed Basil Thai, which is now open to the public.

Award-winning churrascaria, Texas de Brazil, is a fine dining destination that opened to the public on Friday, Mar. 6, in a 6,000-square-foot space on the second level of the Terrace Dining Wing. The restaurant features a chef’s table, an open-view grill in the dining area, a bar/lounge area and outdoor patio dining.

The restaurant combines the cuisines of Southern Brazil with the generous spirit of Texas, offering an extensive wine list and dessert options, along with a wide array of grilled meats including choice cuts of beef, pork, lamb and poultry. Texas de Brazil brings completion to the Terrace Dining Wing, amongst top tier restaurants including Aoki Teppanyaki, Balans, Bobby’s Burger Palace and Earls Kitchen + Bar, which opened in 2014.

Federic Valee, owner from Paris, France, has announced the opening of Le Macaron French Pastries, the ideal location for handmade, gourmet pastries called macarons, at Dadeland Mall. The 150-square-foot store will welcome all sweet-toothed fiends in March, located on Level 2 next to Balans.

Absolute Rebellion, a clothing store offering high quality 100 percent cotton shirts in classic, embroidered, and polo designs, is openinga kiosk in front of Aldo and a 2,450-square-foot store in the Saks Court. The mall recently welcomed Basil Thai in a 438-square-foot space located in the Food Court. Basil Thai offers delicious Thai favorites in a fast, casual setting and features made-to-order favorites cooked with fresh ingredients in the classical Thai style.

Additionally, the mall celebrated store renovations including a new store front at Hollister in the east mall and a renovated store of Michael Kors which is now open in Center Court. Coach has undergone a full renovation and is slated to open in a new 3,800-squarefoot space this May in Center Court.
