Realtor Gonzalo Cordoba, associated with Keller Williams Premier Realty Properties of Kendall, was named as “Ultimate Networker” for 2014 by the Kendall Networkers organization on Sept. 17.
The Allan Stolman Award is presented each year to a current member who has excelled in six categories, among them, a high number of referrals given to others; high level of attendance; a presentation, and recruitment of new members.
Established in 2008 to exemplify the spirit and service th lte Mr. Stolman exhibited during his years as a member, the award was presented by its founder and Networker board member Marvin P. Stein, CPA, during a breakfast meeting at La Carreta Restaurant.
“This is an outstanding organization, a great community of business and professionals,” Cordoba said in accepting the honor. “The organization interacts in many ways to assist each member in daily business affairs.”
A Certified Distressed Property Expert and licensed mortgage broker, Cordoba is a specialist in estate homes and VIP relocations, receiving the Quality Service Pinnacle Award Office and a Centurion Award during his real estate career.
“But on weekends, you’ll find me on the ’cycle,” said the avid Harley-Davidson owner who enjoys riding to a handy beachside for spear fishing with his three children. His family resides in the Tropical Park area.
A graduate of American University in Puerto Rico, he served with the U. S. Coast Guard from 1980 to 1986, completing his service in Miami while obtaining his Florida real estate license.
He joined the former Century 21 DadeCo office on US 1 in Pinecrest, remaining with the organization through its purchase by Fortune International in 2004 until his association with Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties, headquartered at 11420 N. Kendall Dr. The real estate firm employs more than 200 professionals servicing Miami-Dade County and the Florida Keys.
