Nikki Beach’s brunch is long considered one of the best brunches on South Beach, offering a myriad of stations and dishes ranging from savory prime rib and whole roast pork, to live paella stations teaming with fresh seafood, handmade pasta made to order on site, custom omelets, house pickled vegetables, Nutella waffles, decadent deserts and a craft Bloody Mary bar.

Chef Frank Ferreiro, the Chef behind Nikki Beach’s chic beachside lunches and opulent Sunday brunches, hails from the center of Italy’s most famous culinary mecca, Rome. Cooking since he was a child, with his earliest culinary memory of eating simple tomato and onion that his mother sautéed in olive oil on bread, Chef Frank started making his own pastas and gnocchi from scratch at the age of nine. His family moved to Argentina in his early years where he honed the family craft of artisanal cheese making and then moved to Spain to further his culinary education on a dairy farm, making a variety of Spanish cheeses. Two decades ago, he brought his experience to the U.S., working at some of the most respected establishments in the area, getting his start beside Norman Van Aken and then onward to The Shelborne Hotel, Prime Italian and The W South Beach. Now at Nikki Beach, Chef is able to put his extensive knowledge of global cuisine to great use as the menu, which features a variety of delectable international fare as homage to Nikki Beach’s 11 locations around the world.

A South Beach landmark since 1998, Nikki Beach continues to delight guests with their South of France-style joie de vivre, lively DJs and dancers and iconic white daybeds and teepees that make Nikki Beach instantly recognizable anywhere in the world. For more information, visit www.nikkibeach.com
