Miami Beach Salutes Veterans

On Thursday November 11th, the City of Miami Beach celebrated Veteran’s Day with a Parade stretching from 17th and Washington Avenue (Convention Center Drive) and continued to 11th Street at Flamingo Park. The turnout of this Parade involved over 2,000 participants and over 80 businesses, organizations, associations and schools. The Veterans Day ceremonies have been held in the City of Miami Beach for over 45 years, and this year’s outcome further proves the City’s support and immense gratitude for all Veterans.

The American Legion Miami Beach Post 85, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3559, all Veterans who served and their families would like to give a special thank you to everyone who helped organize and participated in the Veteran’s Day Parade including:
