Miami New Construction Show (MNCS), a buyer-direct real estate forum, is pleased to announce October 22-25, 2015 as the official dates for its second annual real estate event. Unlike traditional real estate exhibitions, MNCS has revolutionized the industry landscape by bringing together key stakeholders from Florida’s real estate industry to create a marketplace where buyers meet sellers directly. Following the overwhelming success of the inaugural event, MNCS 2015 expects to double its attendance by drawing more than 35,000 attendees from the United States, Europe and Latin America. The show is also working with the Miami Beach Chamber Education Foundation.
“Miami New Construction Show’s primary objective is to empower the buyer by changing the way we sell real estate,” said Anita Funtek, Chief Executive Officer of Miami New Construction Show. “The forum eliminates the boundaries currently faced by investors when making a purchase by streamlining the process through direct access to the source. MNCS 2015 is the ideal environment for investors to benefit from transparent conversation and negotiations with the developers.”
More than 100 exhibitors from the best projects in luxury real estate – representing in-demand zones such as Aventura, Boca Raton, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale, Hollywood, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Weston, West Palm Beach and more – will be grouped by neighborhood within the convention center in order to give better geographical context to prospective buyers and attendees. Additionally, panel meetings covering various luxury real estate topics and market trends will be held throughout the four-day event. These informational sessions are intended to provide audiences with useful knowledge relevant to process of purchasing real estate and will be led by keynote speakers and industry leaders.
With its successful debut August 2014, MNCS established itself as the “go to” guide for local and international buyers. Its first installment included 115 exhibitors – including preeminent new construction projects such as Biscayne Beach, Cassa Brickell, Meliá Costa Hollywood Beach Resort, Regalia and The Bond – attracting more than 13,000 visitors and generating sales in excess of $125 million. MNCS has garnered the support valuable government and industry organizations including the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce; Miami Association of Realtors (MAR), Miami Chamber of Commerce, Global Trade Chamber and French American Chamber of Commerce, among others.
