Dr. Adam Gropper of North Beach Vascular & Aesthetics is determined to help patients achieve and maintain their aesthetic resolutions for the summer and beyond with new less-pain, more-gain treatments. The newly remodeled, cutting-edge vein and aesthetic treatment facility now boasts 2,500 square feet of medi-spa comfort and offers patients every clinical treatment on the market for venous insufficiency including VNUSClosureFast, Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA/EVLT), Mechanico-chemical ablation, Foam Sclerotherapy, Conventional Sclerotherapy and Veinwave for spider veins. The Center also coined the Lunchtime Leg Lift, a quick, 60-minute treatment that destroys abnormal veins without anesthesia and with minimal discomfort.
The new aesthetic menu includes rejuvenation services with Botox, Restylane and Perlane. An expansion on the “less pain, more gain” treatments, Dr. Gropper will perform “liquid facelifts”, a nonsurgical combination of Botox and dermal fillers to reduce wrinkles, creases, lines and folds and gently lift and contour facial features for a more youthful appearance without surgery.
The Center will also offer consultations for Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE), a safe and effective alternative to hysterectomies. A major advance in women’s health, UFE is a minimally invasive procedure for treating uterine fibroids without the removal of the uterus. Interventional radiologists such as Dr. Gropper use nonsurgical UFE treatments to block the blood flow leading to the fibroid causing the fibroid to shrink. In addition, the Center performs consultations and screening for patients with Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), which is one of the most common causes of patients having pain in their legs when they walk.

North Beach Vascular & Aesthetics plans to conduct a free artery and vein screening event before spring of this year to educate patients about the potential complications of leg artery disease, venous insufficiency and varicose veins.
Dr. Gropper is Board-certified in Vascular & Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. In 2007, Dr. Gropper was selected by the Jackson Health System to manage and grow radiology services at Jackson North Medical Center. After great success, he was asked to take over management of radiology services at Jackson South Community Hospital as well. As Chief of Radiology and a member of the Medical Executive Committee at both facilities, he takes great pride in helping The Public Health Trust in its mission of caring for the indigent of Miami-Dade County.
