Want to try something new and exciting this summer? Miami Beach camps offer an unforgettable way to spend your summer. We offer camps that create everlasting memories while meeting the needs and interest of children of all ages and abilities.
All day summer camps begin Monday, June 10th through Friday, August 2nd. All facilities will provide a “mini-camp” from August 5th through August 16th. Day Camps, offered at six of our recreation facilities, will provide children from tots to teens an organized and supervised schedule of activities that range from ice skating to the coolest field trips in South Florida. Day camps run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The fee for these 10 weeks of fun is $525 for Miami Beach residents and $775 for non-residents. Fee reductions and/or waivers are available for qualified Beach residents.
The Recreation Division also offers a variety of Specialty Camps focusing on specific interests. These one to two week camp series provide an opportunity to pursue a hobby, develop a craft or learn something new. Some of these camps include fishing, golf, baseball, gymnastics, video production, Jr. lifeguard and kayak, just to name a few. Specialty Camp times and fees vary; and, scholarships for Beach residents are limited to a one time usage based on availability.
Day Camp registration for Miami Beach residents is open and Specialty Camp registration begins April 8th. Non-residents may register at the camp site beginning May 6th.
