The Front Porch Café is pleased to announce their cooperation with North Beach Elementary to raise money for The Friends of North Beach Organization; a group dedicated to raising funds for public education. The Front Porch Café will be hosting a special fundraising event on Friday November 16th at 7pm. The event costs $30 and includes two drinks and hors d’oeuvres.

The Friends of North Beach Organization is a non-profit 501-3c corporation that raises close to $250,000 a year for public education. The money is used to pay for technology, math, science, reading, and writing teachers. The Friends Organization not only helps to fund the teacher’s salaries but also puts teachers back to work who have lost their jobs due to cuts in public education funding.

The Organization is 17 years old and is staffed entirely by unpaid parent volunteers. All donations are 100% tax deductible and 100% of all donations goes directly to the cause. Tax and ID documentation are available for donors.
