Have you activated your online utility billing account access yet? This new service will give you access to your water utility account, providing quick access to account information, such as payment history and account summaries. Water service customers can also track water consumption and set up paperless summaries.
These services can be accessed at northmiamifl.gov, under the E-Services tab. Customers will create an online account in Citizen Services, which can be found under Citizen E-Portal.
