South Motors Infiniti Wins Third Excellence Award

For the third year in a row, South Motors Infiniti has been awarded the prestigious “Infiniti Award of Excellence” by the 50-year international automotive firm.

Presented only to a select group of dealers nationwide, the Infiniti Award recognizes the highest standards of sales and customer satisfaction.

South Motors Infiniti is only one of 36 U. S. dealerships to meet a list of eight qualifying standards, and is the single award winner for Miami-Dade County.

General Manager Oliver Mayoral accepted the award from leading Florida-based Infiniti executives at a special presentation held at noon July 22 in the family-owned dealership at 16915 So. Dixie Hwy.

“For the past three years, South Motors Infiniti has been honored with the Infiniti Circle of Excellence,” Mayoral said.  “We are very proud to be the recipient of this distinguished award. “Our goal each year is customer satisfaction. Without our customers, and our team, this award would not be possible.”

Five of eight key criteria that won the award for South Motors:

  • Highest customer satisfaction in service.
  • Highest customer satisfaction in sales.
  • Tracking to meet or exceed Area Sales Effectiveness
  • Compliance with advertised standards
  • Meet or exceed its four year-in Warranty Service Retention

In addition, the company maintained positive factory relations that included brand-building, compliance of sales and service agreement obligations and strict adherence to Infiniti’s policies, standards and business practices.

To further qualify, each South Motors employee was 100 percent certified in the company’s Sales, Finance, Service, Parts and Office divisions, a staff that includes technicians, service personnel, parts and sales managers.

By meeting those requirements, South Motors Infiniti qualified for the award by meeting or exceeding all criterions from customer satisfaction to the Infiniti’s Best Practice programming.
