Michael Bileca is a Republican member of the Florida House, representing District 115. First elected in 2010, his core principles are fiscal responsibility, defending personal liberties, and character and values. He also is a champion for education. In his first term he successfully passed two well regarded pieces of legislation: Opportunity Scholarships and McKay Scholarships.
Bileca grew up in Miami and graduated with honors from local public schools. He studied at Tulane University under a tuition scholarship and earned a B.S in management with a minor in classical philosophy before going on to receiving his CPA. He received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is the founding partner and president of Towncare Dental Partnership, and the founder and managing partner of a national consulting company.
He is working to return to a more respectful system where members of both parties work together in order to find solutions to improve Florida’s economy and schools. He also is working to cut waste, hold the line against tax increases and bailouts, and increase transparency so taxpayers may see how the government spends their money.
