Teachers from middle and high schools across Miami-Dade County recently spent the day learning what’s new with student exhibits at the Miami-Dade County Youth Fair and Exposition. The teachers look over the new edition of the Student Exhibit Handbook during a breakfast hosted by the Youth Fair. More than 200 teachers work with the Youth Fair to help students, ages 4-18, participate in the annual event — the only venue where students can show their work at the county level. The handbook is available online at www.fairexpo.com/thefair/exhibits.php
