Jay Leno_GeneralThe 10th annual Boca Raton Concours d’Elegance presented by Mercedes-Benz and AutoNation is pleased to announce renowned female automotive artist Lory Lockwood as the featured artist during a tremendous weekend of events celebrating a decade of philanthropy February 19-21, 2016 at the iconic Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Florida. In celebration of its 10th anniversary, renowned comedian, actor, television host and car collector Jay Leno will return to perform at the Saturday Gala Dinner & Show, and will also appear as a celebrity judge at the Sunday Automobile & Motorcycle Exhibition.

Lockwood will showcase her automobile and motorcycle fine art, which she paints in a signature style called Photorealism. This contemporary style exudes a power of obsessive detail that focuses on chrome reflections, bright colors and abstract patterns. Lockwood’s interests range from vintage, exotic and classic autos like Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Mercedes Benz to bikes such as Harley-Davidson, Gilera and custom choppers. Her exquisitely detailed oil paintings are inspired by visits to Daytona Bike Week, Laguna Seca Historic Races and Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

Founded by Rita and Rick Case of Rick Case Automotive Group and under the direction of Event Chair James E. McDonnell, IV along with Honorary Chair Mike Jackson, the Boca Raton Concours benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County. “The Concours team is comprised of a group of about 200 volunteers who dedicate their time to the planning and execution of the event,” says Brian Quail, President/CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County. “In 2015, the event attracted thousands of attendees and to date has raised millions for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, making the Boca Raton Concours d’Elegance the fastest growing Concours in the nation, and the world’s largest for charity.”
