Jutta Campiani-Kopp, owner of the new Elements Massage in Pinecrest, is on a mission to help area residents experience the healing benefits of massage therapy services tailored to meet their unique needs.
Campiani-Kopp opened the new Elements Massage studio, at 9523 S. Dixie Hwy., earlier this month. She says Elements is the only massage franchise in the United States founded by a licensed massage therapist and that it has carved a niche in the industry by specializing solely in massage services and providing a highly customized experience to each client.
According to a study from Trajectory Research of 829 massage users, Elements clients reported more than 50 percent higher satisfaction levels than users of independent massage providers or other major franchise massage brands.
“What sets us apart is our dedication to listening to clients’ needs in order to pair them with the right massage therapist,” said Campiani-Kopp. “We identify key details such as type of massage desired, specific pressure needs and individual issues before matching clients and therapists. This approach allows us to provide a high quality and customized massage for each client.
The Elements franchise was founded on the healing benefits of massage and we’re looking forward to making a positive impact in our clients’ lives.”
Elements Massage is headquartered in Colorado and is owned by WellBiz Brands, Inc. Elements began franchising in 2006 and has more than 160 locations in 29 states.
With a degree in Business Administration, German-born Campiani- Kopp began her career as the director of human resources at a consulting company in Frankfurt. After five years, she moved into management and took over the operation of a family owned business that focused on residential and commercial properties. After years of living abroad, Campiani-Kopp and her husband moved to Miami and began looking into different franchise concepts. After searching for just the right fit, the couple decided to open an Elements Massage based on their love of the health and wellness industry.
Once viewed as an expensive splurge, Elements is making therapeutic massage increasingly affordable and available to clients who recognize the value of massage in maintaining their overall health and wellness. Those who receive regular massages benefit from lower levels of stress, a heightened immune system, increase in circulation, relief from pain, tension, and tightness, among other benefits.
The new Pinecrest studio is open seven days a week, welcomes walk-ins and offers a membership program that allows clients to receive regular massage therapy services at reduced rates. For more information, go to elementsmassage.com/pinecrest or call 305-504-8092.
