Frames USA & Art Gallery is celebrating 20 years of doing business in Miami-Dade County and owner Adam Brand says the secret to his success has been great customer service, low prices and exquisite craftsmanship, along with being able to deliver a finished product in 30 minutes.
“Having a staff large enough to be able to do 30-minute framing is a big help,” says Brand.
Traditionally, consumers place orders at picture frame shops where the process takes anywhere from two to six weeks. Many people pay big bucks for custom frame creations. Frames USA & Art Gallery, 6822 SW 40th St., builds custom picture frames in 30 minutes at a cheaper price than most other framing companies.
“Having molding in stock in every shape, size and color is an advantage because it makes it easy to fit a customer’s art, photo, pictures or memorabilia in the perfect frame,” Brand says.
He adds that having a staff that is knowledgeable in cutting glass and mats and joining molding to create a perfect picture frame is a big part of his 20 years of success.
“My staff has years and years in the art and framing industry,” he says. “Knowledge of building everything from shadow boxes to floating diplomas is an every day staple of my shop’s production.”
Brand has received numerous awards for his work, including the Business Champion Award from Chamber South, and he is constantly asked to help with community affairs, and he complies with just about every request.
“We have supported everything, from politics to animals, picture framing for all,” Brand says.
FamesUSA has helped raise money for charities throughout Miami-Dade, from children’s charities and schools to cancer awareness events and parent activist groups.
The Frames motto is: “We turn your memories into masterpieces!” and Brand works hard to maintain that credo.
