Miami Palmetto Senior High’s Unified 5v5 Basketball team won the 2017 State Basketball South Championship in Tavares, Florida, Feb. 10-11. They played two hard fought games and brought back the Gold medal. Palmetto Senior has strong Special Olympics teams in a variety of sports, led by Dr. Sandra Tilton.
