Pinecrest Premier Soccer celebrates with inaugural Jingle Bell Jog

With more than 350 runners, Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club (PPSC) celebrated its inaugural Jingle Bell Jog event on Sunday, December 18 at Evelyn Greer Park. In addition to the day’s highly anticipated PPSC Jingle Bell Jog, families enjoyed breakfast, activities, and a most welcome visit from Pinecrest Mayor Joseph Corradino and Village Councilmember Anna Hochkammer, who judged this year’s best team costume contest.

Sponsors of the event included Kendall Toyota, Lexus of Kendall, Vivo Foods, Rock Baby, Baptist Health, Pinecrest Physical Therapy, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks on 90 th Street and US1, ChillN. Special recognition was given to Village of Pinecrest’s Parks and Recreation department for their support of the event.

“Pinecrest Premier’s first Jingle Bell Jog was a great success which we could not have done without our families and volunteers,” said Manny Escobio, president of Pinecrest Premier Soccer Club and Managing Director of Merrill Lynch. “Not only is it great to see families in our community come together, but it lends sponsors the opportunity to help invest in the future of our children.”

Unwrapped toys were also donated by the children for the Village of Pinecrest’s Toy Drive.
