Season Three of ‘Jazz at the Gardens’ begins Oct. 27

You don’t have to love jazz to enjoy a beautiful evening at Pinecrest Gardens under the stars, but it is hard to find someone that doesn’t love the greatest jazz standards of the 20th Century when Jazz at Pinecrest Gardens presents the South Florida Jazz Orchestra.

This world class 16-piece big band features vocalist Lisanne Lyons performing The Great American Songbook, a repertoire that includes music of George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Richard Rogers, Duke Ellington, Irving Berlin and more. Ed Blanco at All About Jazz says, “Listen and enjoy; the band swings with pulsating energy.”

Celebrate the most memorable melodies of swing and swag with the South Florida Jazz Orchestra, Saturday, Oct. 27, at 8 p.m. To purchase tickets, visit www.pinecrestgardens.org or call 305-669-6990.
