Rebuilding Together Miami-Dade, Inc., a non-profit organization that preserves home ownership and revitalizes communities by providing free rehabilitation services for low-income, elderly and disabled homeowners, invites quotes from qualified vendors for: Rehabilitation of single family homes for elderly and disabled homeowners.
Rebuilding Together Miami is receiving CDBG funds for the rehabilitation of one home in the city of Miami District 4.
Bids must contain all requested information and forms for the one home, and must be signed by authorized agent of the offering company, in order to be considered responsive.
All contractors and subcontractors are to be aware that the Community Development Block Grant rehabilitation projects are governed by the regulations set forth in Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 and those businesses that qualify as a Section 3 Business Concern will be given preference.
