Forbes Travel Guide officially announced that the resort has been recognized as a Five Star Hotel, making it the third year in a row the property receives this prestigious industry accolade. Acqualina received the AAA Five Diamond Award for 2015. Each year, AAA reviews more than 28,000 hotels across North America and the Caribbean including resorts, historic inns and bed and breakfasts, where only 0.4 percent of all hotels achieve the AAA Five Diamond status. Acqualina was also recently recognized as a 2015 Traveler’s Choice Winner by Tripadvisor which is awarded to the top 1% of all hotels on the site based on reviews and opinions from millions of travelers. The user-generated site features Acqualina in an elite pool of the “Top 25 Luxury Hotels” in the United States.
