City Code does not permit glass bottles or containers on the beach.
This code, Section 201, is to insure a safe and clean, natural beach environment for all residents and visitors to enjoy. Notice is posted on the signs at all Beach Access points and Samson Oceanfront Park.
Please be sure to comply with all City Codes to keep our city safe and attractive for the pleasure of all. Non-compliance may result in a citation, fine and possible imprisonment.
