Florida Community Bank (FCB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Felix E. Serrano as Branch Manager in the Broward and Palm Beach districts. Serrano will lead daily operations of the branch office and endeavor to expand FCB’s market share and presence throughout Broward and Palm Beach districts by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, business partners and members of the community.
With nearly 30 years of banking experience, Serrano has extensive knowledge of consumer-oriented services. Prior to joining FCB, Serrano served as a State Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at Freedom Mortgage in Florida, where he successfully analyzed preliminary loan requests, and gathered background financial information. Previously, Serrano held a Vice President, Branch Manager position at BankUnited in Florida, where he exceeded production goals for credit, deposit and fee income categories while providing excellent customer service.

Serrano received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega in Peru.
