The exclusive enclave of Sunny Isles Beach, long renowned as “Florida’s Riviera”, has continued to enjoy its spotlight on an international stage through the on-going support provided by Elena A. Baronoff, owner of Exclusively Baronoff Realty and Director of Marketing and Sales for Trump Towers.

Recently dubbed “International Ambassador of Sunny Isles Beach” by Mayor Norman J. Edelcup in recognition of her work on behalf of the city, Baronoff works closely with the Sunny Isles City Commission; Ibis Romero, Executive Director of the Sunny Isles Beach Resort Association; and her international arsenal of contacts stretching around the world. She has remained committed to promoting global tourism and increasing support for the formation of Sister City partnerships with Sunny Isles Beach.

Under Baronoff’s leadership, the city of Sunny Isles Beach has received recognition by various countries in Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East. Through her travels and business dealings, Baronoff has met with elected officials of such prominent cities as Cannes, France; Monte Carlo, Monaco; Rapallo and Zoagi, Italy; and Santorini Greece to seek Sister City affiliations and propose long-term international exchange programs with Sunny Isles that will stimulate business and travel for the local economies.

By showcasing the city’s array of cultural pursuits, Sunny Isles Beach has received pledges for tourism cooperation from many world-renowned cities, including Baden Baden, Germany; St. Moritz and Bern, Switzerland; Mykonos, Greece; and St. Tropez, France.

Baronoff travelled to Rapallo, a city located in Northern Italy, where she met with the Vice Mayor of Tourism and Public Relations Manager to form a cultural exchange program with Sunny Isles Beach. The chic city of Rapallo, which is neighbored by the well known cities of Portofino and Santa Margarita, is an ideal candidate to partner with Sunny Isles. The city’s elected officials recently invited the Sunny Isles’ delegation to their city festival in June 2011 to further its discussion on the formation of this Sister Cities partnership.

A seasoned executive and socialite, Baronoff has become the “face of Sunny Isles Beach and the real estate industry”. She has been involved in the real estate scene for the past ten years, including the promotion and sales of two of the most prestigious hotel and condominium properties in the area, Trump Towers and Trump Grande Ocean Resort & Residences, developed by Dezer Properties. As broker for Trump Towers and acting Director of Customer Relations for Trump Grande, Baronoff provides her clients with an upscale and glamorous approach to real estate, while still upholding the utmost level of professional service.

Prior to moving to South Florida, Baronoff, who is originally from Russia, earned a degree in journalism and acted as a Cultural Attaché in Public Diplomacy for the Russian Government. It was in this capacity that she received her first experience in international business and paved the way for her future role as “International Ambassador of Sunny Isles Beach.”

  1. She is à fraud, originally from uzbekistan, came to US as à refugee, with the surname Baranova Elena

  2. Sunny Isles residents are more interested in enjoying the city we have than trying to make this another Trump outpost. We have enough glamor and hype in South Beach.
